Welcome to SeeMyMails (“SeeMyMails,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a social media platform operated by SeeMyMails, a Delaware corporation.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SeeMyMails website, mobile app, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using SeeMyMails, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform. By using SeeMyMails, you represent and warrant that:

2. User Accounts

By posting content, you grant SeeMyMails a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.

You retain ownership of your content. You are solely responsible for it.

You agree not to post content that:

• Violates any third-party rights (e.g., copyright, trademark, privacy)
• Contains illegal, harmful, or abusive material
• Spreads misinformation or malicious software
• Includes sexually explicit or violent content (unless clearly marked and compliant with local laws)

4. Marketplace Use

SeeMyMails allows users to create and manage a personal marketplace to sell new or used goods and services.

You agree that:

• You are responsible for your listings, descriptions, pricing, and transactions.
• You will comply with all applicable consumer protection, tax, and e-commerce laws.
• You will not sell illegal, counterfeit, hazardous, or restricted items.
• Transactions and disputes between users are handled directly between the parties involved.

SeeMyMails does not act as a broker, agent, or payment processor. We may remove listings or suspend marketplace access for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Platform to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Spam, hack, or attempt unauthorized access
• Interfere with the security or operation of the Platform
• Use automated bots or scrapers without permission

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or legal action.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on the Platform, excluding user content, are owned by SeeMyMails or its licensors. This includes the logo, branding, design, software, and original content.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit the Platform’s proprietary materials without express written permission.

7. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties about the accuracy, availability, or reliability of the Platform or any content on it.

We are not liable for:

• Any errors, interruptions, or delays in service
• Any damages resulting from user interactions or content
• Marketplace transactions or disputes

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SeeMyMails and its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Platform at our discretion, especially if you violate these Terms.

Upon termination, your content may be removed from public view but may be retained in backups or for legal purposes.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice (e.g., by posting on the Platform or emailing you). Your continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing Law
